We guarantee the quality and individuality of our products. Because they are handmade, they will vary slightly in colour and size. We’re sure you will love your Hodge Pot, but we understand that sometimes you change your mind. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days. Please contact hodgepots@gmail.com for the return address. 

Products must be returned in the same condition as they were when received. Unfortunately, we can’t refund the postage or pay for the postage of returned items. If you have used or damaged your item, we can’t refund or exchange it.  We advise you to send the package as recorded post, or keep a copy of proof of postage in case the package goes missing.

If your item is damaged in the post on its way to you, we will of course reimburse you for the piece as long as you let us know (and provide photographic evidence) within a week of receiving it.

UK delivery

Typical delivery charges are as follows:

If your item is up to 10kg: £5 will be charged at checkout

If your item is between 10kg – 30kg: £12 will be charged at checkout

If your item is above 30kg: £20 will be charged at checkout

Lead Time

Dispatched within 1 week of purchase. Royal Mail aim to deliver between 3-5 working days.
